I have been a patient for more than 15 years. The reception does an excellent job considering the demands from patients The process for booking appointments and arranging repeat prescriptions on line and checking on on the computer screen is a very good service - the recent smart phone App makes it even easier. I can always book a routine appointment within 14 days which is acceptable and occasionally I have had to book an urgent appointment with the receptionist on the phone and they have always been able to assist . I have been treated time and time again with excellent service and same caring and friendly attitude. I am really impressed by the speed at some doctors at surgery works and provide care. This surgery is a little gem.

I have been with the practice since its inception. All staff have been extremely efficient, caring and responsive. Care is always good. Just lately it has become a little more spread out to get an appointment unless you are an emergency, but you do get seen on the day if you really need it.
